Mask making!!! October 29th

Sunny day! Although the morning started out cold, by 2pm craft time the sun was shinning bright and happy faces made great appearances. Many masks were finished, and everybody's work looked awesome. Katlin's sheep bahed deep, Andrew's was holy cow terrifying, Marina's shined like the stars, and Elizabeth's look like a very sad polar bear. There were guest guitar appearances by Michael Rae, Mr. Bowerman and Travis, as well as some great conversationalist including Patrick, Marty, James, and friends. Andrew really saved the day on this one, he provided an awesome blanket, paint and glue that helped out enormously. woohoo! Glitter was also a highlight of the day, and lets just say that things got a little craAaAaAazy! We also learned that wheat paste molds, which was pretty gross. Apparently you have to boil it after you use it. Ok, images speak more then words, so here's what was photographed:

Marty and Andrew having a profound conversation on the nature of Craft and Masks.

Andrew working on his tower of terrific mask on a super blanket.

Project completed! TERRIFYING!

Michael's sweet sweet serenade.

Kaitlin and Zoe sharing inportant paper mache secrets while Marina lets loose on her creation.

BOo! Elizabeth had to leave early, shitty for her man.

Many more finished masks up soon!

love,
DIT
